This company was built to prove it.
It's not Capitalism, it's not Marxism… It's a B-Corp.
Be the first to know when Right To Water launches.
The Problem
Not just to the corporate oligarchs that want to profit from it.
We will bottle it and get it to you, and we'll charge for it. But Right To Water is an anti-corporation — meaning we have no public shareholders to serve, so all profits from bottling go to making water free and available to everyone at public sources, and to driving legislation and programs that lower your water utility costs.
No greenwash.
No shareholders.
No bullshit.
Just your right to water. By choosing this water, you are exercising your right.
Our Principles
100% of the profit is cycled back into the community from where the water was sourced. Every decision — pricing, sourcing, channel, and team structure — gets measured against one question: does this make healthy water accessible and reduce survival stress in your community?
We publish exactly where the water we sell comes from and exactly where the profits from the sale of that water go.
Living wages for Right To Water staff aren't a cost to minimize — they're the core of the mission. Right To Water exists to prove that a business can pay its people well, exist without shareholders, and cycle all profits back into the delivery of healthy water at constantly diminishing cost.
Our Commitment
After people are paid fairly and operations are sustained, every remaining dollar is directed to water access projects — in the communities where Right To Water water is sourced and sold. This is a legal obligation of the entity, not an annual decision.
Not revenue. Not a percentage. Every dollar of profit — after verified wages and operating costs — goes to water access. No shareholders. No exceptions.
We publish where our water comes from, what we pay our people, and exactly where the profits go — audited annually and disclosed publicly.
Profit cycles back into the community where the water was sourced. Local sourcing, local wages, local water projects — the model is designed to benefit the region it operates in.
The Product
Locally sourced — filtered municipal water, bottled as close to the consumer as possible. We define "local" transparently and update that definition publicly as our network matures. To start, local means within 750 miles — and we'll work to shrink that number over time.
Aluminum packaging — infinitely recyclable, with a refill infrastructure vision built for the long run.
Accessible pricing — our mission shouldn't cost you a premium. Right To Water is priced to compete, not to signal status.
Regionally bottled — we co-pack within the region we serve. Where exactly depends on where we can do it responsibly. We'll tell you when we know, and we'll tell you when it changes.
Concept rendering — final packaging in development.
